NPMD brings together medical care, wellness planning, advanced treatments, and aesthetic expertise so you can address concerns with one coordinated team instead of disconnected referrals. That means fewer handoffs, clearer decisions, and a care plan that feels connected from first visit through follow-up.

We begin by understanding your symptoms, goals, medical history, timing, and daily routine so the plan matches real life instead of a generic template. That first step helps us recommend the right provider, the right visit type, and the right pace for care.

From diagnostics and primary care to wellness support, skin concerns, and treatment planning, every recommendation is chosen to support safety, continuity, and realistic next steps. Patients leave with more clarity about what to do first, what can wait, and how each part of care connects.

Explore NPMD services across primary care, wellness, advanced treatments, and beauty support in Encino. Each specialty page is built to help you understand the kinds of concerns we treat, the services patients commonly start with, and how to move into the right consultation or follow-up plan with more confidence.

Medical Treatments
Procedure-based care for targeted concerns, restorative goals, device-based planning, and more advanced treatment sequencing with clear follow-up. This section is helpful when you already know the area you want to improve and want to compare practical next-step options.
Common services

IV Therapy & Detox
Wellness services designed to support energy, recovery, metabolism, hormone balance, and sustainable lifestyle improvement with a personalized plan. Patients often begin here when they want to feel better day to day, recover more consistently, or build healthier routines with more structure and clinical guidance.
Common services

Primary Care
Physician-led medical care that supports preventive visits, chronic condition management, diagnostics, medication review, and long-term health planning. This is the best place to start when symptoms, ongoing conditions, or general medical oversight are the priority and you want a clearer plan for what comes next.
Common services

Facial Concerns
Aesthetic services focused on skin quality, facial balance, texture concerns, and natural-looking refinements guided by medical expertise. This category is a strong starting point for patients who want clearer skin, softer signs of aging, or a more polished appearance without losing what feels like them.

Tell us what you want to improve, what feels urgent, and what kind of outcome you are hoping for. Our team will guide you toward the right provider, visit type, and timeline across medical care, wellness support, treatment planning, or aesthetics so you do not have to guess your way into the wrong visit.

Primary care, wellness, and treatment planning stay connected through the same three clinical leaders patients meet across the NPMD experience.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy uses concentrated platelets from your own blood to stimulate healing and rejuvenation. After a simple blood draw, the sample is processed to isolate growth-factor-rich plasma, which is then applied to the treatment area. PRP is used for skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, and tissue repair with minimal risk since it uses your body's own biological material.
IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and hydration directly into your bloodstream through a small catheter in your arm. Because it bypasses the digestive system, nutrients achieve near-complete bioavailability. Sessions typically last 30 to 60 minutes and are administered in a comfortable clinical setting by licensed healthcare professionals.
We offer comprehensive blood panels, metabolic testing, hormone level assessments, thyroid function tests, inflammatory markers, vitamin and mineral deficiency screens, and lipid profiles. We also coordinate diagnostic imaging referrals when needed. All results are reviewed in a dedicated follow-up visit where your provider explains findings and recommended next steps.
Most facial treatments at NPMD take between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the specific protocol. A basic hydrating facial may be completed in 30 minutes, while advanced treatments like microneedling with PRP or combination chemical peels may take up to 75 minutes including preparation and aftercare guidance.
NPMD provides comprehensive medical dermatology, aesthetic treatments, wellness programs, and primary health services. Our offerings include facial rejuvenation, body contouring, IV therapy, hormone optimization, pain management, diagnostic testing, and preventive care — all delivered by board-certified professionals in a state-of-the-art clinical environment.
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand that emergencies happen — if you need to cancel with less notice, please call our office as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Recovery time varies by laser type and intensity. Non-ablative laser treatments may cause mild redness lasting 1 to 2 days. Ablative laser resurfacing involves 5 to 10 days of peeling and redness. Your provider will explain the expected recovery timeline for your specific treatment and provide detailed aftercare instructions to optimize healing.
Frequency depends on your health goals. For general wellness maintenance, monthly sessions are common. During periods of high stress, travel, or illness recovery, weekly or biweekly sessions may be beneficial. Your provider will recommend a schedule based on your initial assessment, lab results, and specific objectives.
