Registered Nurse (RN) — Clinical and Aesthetic Support

Full-TimeClinical

Support patient visits, assist with provider workflows, and help maintain a calm, efficient care environment across medical, wellness, and aesthetic services.

Requirements:

  • Active CA RN license
  • 2+ years clinical experience
  • Comfort with patient education and follow-through
  • Aesthetic or outpatient procedural experience preferred

Licensed Aesthetic Provider

Full-TimeAesthetics

Help guide skin-focused consultations, support treatment-room flow, and deliver a polished patient experience across aesthetic service lines.

Requirements:

  • Active California license relevant to role
  • Experience with consultation-driven aesthetic care
  • Strong communication and treatment-planning skills
  • Comfort with product education and follow-up

Medical Assistant (MA)

Full-TimeClinical Support

Support providers with room turnover, intake, vitals, procedure preparation, documentation support, and patient flow throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • CMA or RMA certification preferred
  • 1+ year clinical experience
  • Electronic health records experience
  • Strong organization and patient communication

Patient Coordinator / Front Desk

Full-TimeAdministration

Manage scheduling, intake coordination, insurance review, patient communication, and front-desk operations with warmth, accuracy, and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year medical front office experience
  • Knowledge of medical billing basics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Scheduling or care-coordination software experience
