Tarzana patients usually choose NPMD when they want results-focused treatment plans that may benefit from staged follow-up with clearer physician guidance, stronger sequencing, and a visit that feels more personalized than a generic stop. Tarzana patients often want care that feels both convenient and elevated, with enough flexibility to support maintenance, reassessment, or add-on treatment when needed.
Timing usually depends on how the visit fits around nearby access, recurring maintenance, and care plans that can be adjusted more fluidly over time. We look at prep, recovery, and what the next step may need so rf microneedling feels easier to manage after the appointment.
RF Microneedling is often more useful when it is placed in context. Patients from Tarzana frequently benefit from deciding what should happen together, what should wait, and how the visit supports a bigger care strategy.

Good candidates usually want improvement in skin texture, visible pores, mild-to-moderate laxity, acne-scar texture, or crepey skin quality and can follow aftercare. Consultation is important if you have active infection, active acne flares, eczema or psoriasis flares, frequent cold sores, keloid tendency, pigment concerns, recent isotretinoin use, implanted electronic devices, pregnancy, or a history of difficult healing.
Standard microneedling uses controlled needle channels to support collagen remodeling. RF microneedling adds radiofrequency heat through the needle system, which can make it more useful when texture concerns overlap with early laxity, acne-scar remodeling, or skin tightening goals. The right option depends on skin type, scar pattern, downtime tolerance, and risk profile.

NPMD; Amy, one of the smartest, kindest, compassionate and brilliant Nurse Practitioners.
She offers expert medical care and medical advice in a way that you understand. When she examines you and reviews your medical issues, not one detail is missed. she explains treatment options for you in a manner that is precise, individualized and understandable.
When she discusses your medical problems she is so kind, soft spoken, you can feel the discussion is coming from her heart, her deep understanding of medicine and human mankind. When you are with her YOU are not a patient with a chart number and a hurried 15 minute office visit. You are sitting with a person that makes you feel you count and that you are part of her medical family.
I have been coming to NPMD since it's opening in Encino, Ca.
The office is very clean and quite beautiful.
George, RN is so nice and so smart as well.
Amy's entire staff duplicate her and her vision for what 5 star medical care should be.
By the way if you are thirsty the office has the best coffee, made just for you as well as a variety of cold healthy beverages to drink.
The location is easy to get to and the parking is relatively inexpensive, compared to most LA parking.
My husband comes here now and every time I get a chance I always recommend that my friends or just people I speak to come to NPMD.
If you can just come and visit NPMD, I am well, thriving and very very happy with the care and attention I receive for this unbelievable practice. Thank You NPMD and Amy
