End-of-Life Support FAQs

At NPMD, medical-grade means the facial is selected around skin behavior, sensitivity, current products, and treatment goals rather than a one-size-fits-all menu. It may include professional cleansing, gentle exfoliation, hydration support, extractions when appropriate, calming steps, and recommendations for home care or next-step treatments.

Most patients have little downtime, but temporary redness, sensitivity, tightness, mild dryness, product tingling, or short-lived breakouts can happen depending on skin sensitivity and the protocol used. The aftercare plan usually focuses on gentle cleansing, hydration, barrier support, and sun protection.

End-of-Life Support usually makes sense when you want a focused medical evaluation, ongoing management, or a clearer next step for symptoms, follow-up, or preventive care. During the first visit, we review what is changing, what has already been tried, and whether this service should stay stand-alone or connect with broader primary or specialty care.

End-of-Life Support visits are built around evaluation first. We review your history, clarify the problem we are solving, talk through testing or treatment options, and explain whether follow-up, referrals, imaging, or medication changes should be part of the plan.

The visit length varies based on your plan and goals.

That depends on what we find during the visit. Some patients need a single focused evaluation, while others benefit from labs, imaging, medication review, monitoring, or a return visit to make sure the plan is actually working.

Between fundraising stress and constant travel, my body was breaking down. The comprehensive wellness assessment at NPMD revealed multiple nutrient deficiencies and cortisol imbalances. Their integrated approach — IV therapy, sleep optimization, and targeted supplements — helped me recover my baseline in about two months. Essential investment in my health.

The PRP therapy for my receding hairline has produced noticeable results that I honestly did not expect. After four sessions, my hair is visibly thicker and the thinning areas are filling in. The treatment itself was painless and the staff made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.

I recommend NPMD to all my clients who want to optimize their health beyond what fitness alone can achieve. Their IV therapy helps with recovery, and the hormone optimization program has been fantastic for several of my older clients who were struggling with energy and body composition despite consistent exercise.

I have struggled with melasma for years and was told it was untreatable. The dermatology team at NPMD developed a careful treatment plan combining specific peels and medical-grade skincare that has significantly lightened my melasma patches. For the first time, I feel comfortable going without heavy foundation.
