Good candidates usually want a gentle, non-invasive treatment to support calmer-looking skin, redness reduction, acne-prone skin support, or a healthier glow with little to no downtime. Consultation is important if you have a history of skin cancer, inherited eye disease, seizures triggered by light, photosensitivity, pregnancy-related concerns, or medications that increase light sensitivity such as isotretinoin or lithium.
Different LED wavelengths are used for different goals. Red LED light is commonly used for inflammation support, skin rejuvenation, and healthier-looking tone. Blue LED light is commonly used in acne-prone skin plans because it targets acne-related bacteria near the skin surface. NPMD selects the light approach around your skin concern and safety history.

NPMD; Amy, one of the smartest, kindest, compassionate and brilliant Nurse Practitioners.
She offers expert medical care and medical advice in a way that you understand. When she examines you and reviews your medical issues, not one detail is missed. she explains treatment options for you in a manner that is precise, individualized and understandable.
When she discusses your medical problems she is so kind, soft spoken, you can feel the discussion is coming from her heart, her deep understanding of medicine and human mankind. When you are with her YOU are not a patient with a chart number and a hurried 15 minute office visit. You are sitting with a person that makes you feel you count and that you are part of her medical family.
I have been coming to NPMD since it's opening in Encino, Ca.
The office is very clean and quite beautiful.
George, RN is so nice and so smart as well.
Amy's entire staff duplicate her and her vision for what 5 star medical care should be.
By the way if you are thirsty the office has the best coffee, made just for you as well as a variety of cold healthy beverages to drink.
The location is easy to get to and the parking is relatively inexpensive, compared to most LA parking.
My husband comes here now and every time I get a chance I always recommend that my friends or just people I speak to come to NPMD.
If you can just come and visit NPMD, I am well, thriving and very very happy with the care and attention I receive for this unbelievable practice. Thank You NPMD and Amy
